On the slopes of Città della Pieve we take care of more than 300 olive trees. Our main cultivars are leccino, crusher And correct it.

The oil we produce is rich in polyphenols, and it is thanks to these natural antioxidants that the oil has a bitter taste .
The milling takes place a few hours after the olive harvest. During the extraction of the oil we pay close attention so that it is immediately placed in steel containers (we absolutely avoid contact with plastic). Subsequently the oil is decanted into drums which keep its substances and flavor intact over time.
